1. Which returns are available?
IPTaxOnline.com can be used to electronically prepare, file, and pay insurance premium returns for LaMATS, Caldwell Parish, Catahoula Parish, Concordia Parish, East Carroll Parish,Iberville Parish, LaSalle Parish, Rapides Parish and Tensas Parish.

2. How do I start to use IPTaxOnline.com to file and payment returns electronically?
Click SIGN UP NOW from the homepage then enter your information in the pages that are displayed.

3. How can I print my past returns?
After you login, click on "Return Center" at the top of the page, then choose the filing period of the past return that you would like to print out.

4. What are the different methods of payment available fromIPTaxOnline.com?
Currently, the preferred method is ACH Debit or basically an electronic check. ACH Credit is available in the system but the Tax Administrator from each parish will have to give approval per taxpayer.

5. What do I need in order to establish an account with IPTaxOnline.com?
You will need: 1.) An Email Address 2.) Your Routing Number and Bank Account Number for electronic payments 3.) Your Authority Account Numbers and NAIC ID for the returns you wish to file

6. I filed my returns but the money has not been drafted from my account. Why?
The schedule for downloading the returns will vary from parish to parish. Typically, the parishes wait for a certain dollar amount to be collected before performing a download of the payments. As long as your return has been filed on time, you have a Confirmation Number, and have not unfiled the return your returns will be considered on time.
